Select Specialty Hospitals are licensed, Medicare certified and JCAHO accredited hospitals. We provide specialized acute care for patients with chronic illness, multiple injuries and medical complications. Select meets the needs of patients who no longer require the ICU setting of a short-term hospital but whose medical conditions restricts transfer to a lesser level of care.
Select Specialty Hospital provides goal-oriented, comprehensive inpatient and restorative services including:

PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Each patient has unique care needs and Select develops a personalized treatment plan with specific goals. Select’s mission is to care for the seriously ill or injured individual in a focused setting conducive to recovery as quickly as possible.Our specialized services treat a variety of medical conditions. Some of these are:
Pulmonary Program
Specialized care for patients with acute or chronic respiratory disorders who may have
tracheotomies, ventilators or require extensive respiratory treatments.
Medically Complex Program
For patients who require more than routine care, with intensive therapies and nursing care.
Neuro / Trauma Program
Patients who are unable to withstand three hours of intensive therapy a
day or who require too high a degree of nursing/respiratory care to be
acceptable for most acute rehabilitation programs.
Wound Care Program
Designed for patients with impaired tissue integrity or who are at high
risk for complications.
