Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission (DOT.Comm) was created by the City of Omaha and Douglas County, Nebraska, through an Interlocal Agreement, to restructure all City and County technology functions under an independent Technology Commission. Its responsibilities are focused on the delivery of cost effective, quality information technology services, including voice and data communications, to local government offices, officials and the public.
