We provide quality healthcare professionals that:

  • Have a minimum of one year’s recent experience in addition to education and/or training
  • Are tested. All skills, specialties and abilities of each applicant will be determined by these results
  • Will have license identification, certifications or other appropriate credentials for each Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse. Certified Nurse Assistants are examined and verified by the state licensing board at the time of application and at each renewal date thereafter.
  • Are checked with the Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General to ensure they are not an excluded provider.
  • Have verification and documentation regarding the eligibility to work in the United States (I-9 and W-4 requirements).
All HealthCare Connection employees receive:

  • Orientation to HealthCare Connections policies and procedures: Job Description, Universal Precautions, Fire Safety, Ergonomics, Tuberculosis, Infection Control, Abuse and Neglect, OSHA and HIPPA requirements as well as age-specific competencies
  • Employee Health Screening including Tuberculosis test with negative results and/or a negative chest X-ray
  • Current BCLS certification (All other required certifications for specialties i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS)
  • Background investigations will be performed including a criminal background investigation and a child/abuse neglect and or abuse check
  • Drug testing with negative results
  • Facility specific orientation available upon request
