Position Description
Nebraska Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a full time, experienced Social Worker. The ideal candidate is a motivated self starter, customer service oriented, organized with excellent written and verbal skills. Qualified applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Preferred: 2 years of experience in LTC setting, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, MDS/care planning processes, and discharge planning.
