EAD, Inc. was founded in April of 2001 to provide engineering services to the food processing industry. Since that time, EAD, Inc. has expanded its sphere of expertise to include construction management with design/build and general contracting services, process controls design and integration, as well as, control panel fabrication.
In September 2007, three companies were formed: EAD Constructors, Inc, EAD Control Systems, LLC and EAD Engineering, LLC. This expansion enables each business to focus on continued independent growth and most importantly, ensures continued customer service and commitment to longevity. These companies work hand- in-hand to support clients that have multi-faceted project requirements.

EAD Constructors, Inc is a general contracting company that offers design-build and construction management. They specialize in non-standard commercial and industrial facilities and can assist clients throughout every phase of a project and provide ongoing support afterward.
EAD Control Systems, LLC provides control system design, integration and implementation, while also having the ability to build and fabricate custom designed electrical panels within their own UL rated panel shop. They work with the top names in controls equipment such as Siemens, Rockwell and GE.
EAD Engineering, LLC is a full service engineering firm specializing in the engineering services under the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical, environmental and process.
