28 Year old company started as a Tool & Die Company.

Today about 1/3 of sales is from tool & die work: dies, molds, fixtures and special machines. 2/3 of sales is from production work: metal stamping & forming, laser cutting and CNC machining.

Our metal stamping facility houses approximately (20) punch presses to 500 tons, and (4) press brakes to 175 tons, two of which are full CNC, and two Trumpf V50 4’ x 50 ton high-precision press brakes that feature in-process measurement of the bend angle to insure nearly perfect bends regardless of differences in material thickness or spring-back and a Pullmax CNC puncher.

Our laser department consists of two Trumpf laser cutting machines, a 2600 watt and a 3000 watt, which can cut various metals with high precision .

Our CNC department consists of (7) mills and (1) lathe. These machines have a wide variety of capabilities including 1-1 tracing, a one-second tool change on our Chiron mill, vertical & horizontal spindle on our MAHO, 25x60 travel w/4400 lb. work piece capacity on our Mori-sieki mill, and 4th axis rotary table on our (2) Fadals.

All of these machines are fully programmable via Master-Cam. Autocad, Cadkey and Pro-engineer software add complex 3-D solid modeling and 4-axis programming capability.

The CNC staff of ten people is a blend of both tool & die makers and production operators which allows a good mixture of both custom work, such as dies, molds and special machinery parts, as well as higher volume production milling and turning.
