The Winners Circle program, developed in 1996 from an "Adopt a School" relationship.works to improve the academic achievement and citizenship in participating inner city elementary schools by:

Encouraging and rewarding students’ achievement in reading, math and citizenship through a program of setting goals, celebrating and rewarding goal achievement;

Promote parents’ and guardians involvement in their students’ education;

Fostering school cohesiveness, identity and pride by furnishing school polo shirts to all students and staff
