Performance Auto Group (Nebraska's largest Automotive Group) is currently accepting applications for Service Call Center Representative in LaVista, Nebraska.  We recently have lauched the areas first service appointment call center and are looking for goal orientated people to staff it . The purpose of this department is to handle all incoming Service Appointment calls in a timely fashion; while documenting the customer concern and going over needed maintenance work. We for-see this department as a training ground for future Automotive Advisor openings in the Performance Automotive Group.

Requirements:

• all Males and Females encouraged to apply
• pleasant phone voice
• ability to explain needed maintenance (ability to sell)
• excellent verbal communication skills
• customer service experience helpful
• good computer skills
• dependable with excellent work ethic
• confidence and a great attitude
• Ability to work in a scripted environment but stll be able to "think outside the box".  
• Automotive experience not needed, but a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
