Responsibilities include pediatric dosing, renal dosing, aminoglycoside and vancomycin pharmacokinetics, mixing of chemotherapy medications, preparation of CADD pumps for hospice, verification of orders for the long term care facility, supervision of a technician, assistance with policy and procedure development, and drug information queries for providers.  We utilize Pyxis cabinets in five departments with Pyxis Profiling rolling out June 1st.  Bar code scanning is functional and Computerized Physician Order Entry will be implemented July 13th. 

The pharmacy has been recently remodeled and provides a highly efficient work environment.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School.
of PharmacyMust have a current and valid Pharmacist license for the state of Nebraska (or eligible) without restrictions.  Certified in CPR, BLS, and ACLS.
