The primary duties of the Transportation Project Lead will be to assure all aspects of design, environmental compliance, schedule, right of way and construction are delivered in accordance with client requirements on this $1B+ transportation infrastructure development project. Serving in a program oversight role this individual will provide high level direction on project deliverables, and may also offer hands-on support with other tasks when necessary. Additionally, the Project Lead will direct, develop and implement program management to oversee the project controls and other construction management technologies and services to the client. The Project Lead will also identify emerging construction management needs working closely with program management leadership team to meet the project delivery schedule. They are also expected to forecast contractor performance and budgets and monitor progress and completion. Bachelors degree and PE are required.

12+ years of design, construction and design-build experience is preferred.

Strong previously demonstrated project/program management skills on $1B+ transportation infrastructure projects.

Previous experience managing staff, clients, contracts and hiring staff for an engineering consulting firm is desired.
