Position Description
Responsible for a wide variety of specialized construction project-management related administrative and accounting functions. Works independently to effectively manage project and executive level paper and electronic files; manages project insurance matters; handles complex project documents and reports; and, manages construction project documents, files, and records relating to project work. Responsibilities include client invoicing, managing collections, project budgeting, and ensuring compliance with project contractual obligations. Independently monitors for quality assurance; applies company quality assurance guidelines and procedures; manages project documents and files. Answers questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Organizes and coordinates meetings and assists with presentations. Works with complex contracts and sub-agreements. Tracks and monitors project budgets, workloads, and schedules. Actively participates in project reviews. Works closely with one or more project managers and project teams; deals professionally with clients. Exercises good judgment and discretion, and independently resolves problems and issues relating to administrative project functions. May oversee activities of other administrative project support staff. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
