HISTORY
Vatterott College in Omaha is one of 19 campuses in 9 states. The various campuses offer programs of study in information technology, business, allied health, cosmetology, culinary and trades.

ACCREDITATION
Vatterott College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology Arlington, VA, which is listed by the U.S. Office of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency under the provision of Chapter 33, Title 38, U.S. Code and subsequent legislation.
The Omaha Campus is licensed by the State of Nebraska Department of Education. Cosmetology, Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant and Veterinary Technician programs are also individually accredited by other agencies.

FACILITY
The Omaha campus is in a 103,000 square foot modern facility with an enrollment capacity of over 1000 students.

PROGRAMS
Our diploma programs include Behavioral Health Technician, Commercial Art, Computer Aided Drafting, Computer Technology, Cosmetology, Dental Assistant, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic, Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Assistant, Office Accounting with Data Processing, and Pharmacy Office Assistant.
Associate of Applied Science Degrees are offered in Advanced Medical Assistant, Certified Alcohol/Drug Abuse Counselor, Medical Administrative Specialist, and Veterinary Technician.
Associate of Occupational Studies Degrees are offered in Accounting, Computer Aided Drafting Technology Management, Computer Systems and Network Technology, Graphic Art and Design, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology, and Pharmacy Technician.

The focus on the student affects every aspect of the educational program. Recruitment, admissions, training and career services policies are designed to develop a student’s abilities, attitude and interests so that they may become a skilled and successful employee. The goal of the training is to provide the basic skills and understanding of common techniques and procedures required for employability.
The programs are dedicated to achieving maximum development of each student’s skills and personal potential so that they are qualified to begin employment and be productive. The skills and the work attitude taught at Vatterott College are of practical use to the student in their chosen career and insure successful adjustment to the work environment.
