Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Participant Care Medication Aide (CNA & CMA) to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. You will work providing in home care for participants in there personal homes. We reimburse for miles at 70 cents per mile.

The schedule for this Weekend Warrior shift: every Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, work 24 hours per week and getting gifted 8 hours of non working hours every week.

This position will pay up to $22.03/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living, administration of medications, restorative and supportive care. Assists in monitoring and reporting the health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.

Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the respective state in which he/she is employed required.

Minimum 18 years of age according to Nebraska state regulation and current Medication

Current Medication Aide-50 Hour is required if working in the state of Iowa.

One (1) year of experience is required working as a C.N.A in a nursing home, as a home health care worker, or similar position with seniors.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
