Land Survey Project Manager

Land Surveying is a time-honored profession and we are seeking an individual to work as a Survey Project Manager. The candidate must be a licensed surveyor in the State of Nebraska, or the ability to become licensed through reciprocity. The candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with the preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, the preparation of subdivision plats, legal descriptions, topographic surveys, construction layout, elevation certificates, and FEMA map amendments.. The candidate should also have familiarity with Leica GPS, Total Stations & scanners along with UAV's, Microsoft Word & Excel. The job requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
