Part Time Make Ready Technician- Chapel Ridge Marion Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Chapel Ridge Marion Apartments in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be 3 days a week 8AM-5PM.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
