Job Title: Customer Success Coach
Compensation: $65,000 Salary + Potential Bonus Opportunity
Location: Omaha, NE

 

The Job:  

As a pivotal member of our team in the role of Customer Success Coach, you will be instrumental in facilitating our clients’ attainment of maximum value from Buildertrend’s core platform. Your primary objective is to adeptly address customer challenges by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their distinctive needs. Employing a clear and effective communication, coupled with a profound knowledge of our offerings, you will guide clients in optimizing their utilization, resolving concerns, and unlocking the full potential of our solutions. Success in this dynamic role hinges on possessing a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, exceptional communication, teamwork, and the adeptness to navigate intricate scenarios to guarantee that our clients successfully realize their desired outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will encompass conducting a substantial volume of virtual training sessions with clients, fostering internal collaboration, and identifying strategic opportunities for upselling or cross-selling tailored to their evolving requirements. The success of your endeavors will be evaluated not only through customer satisfaction but also by the overall expansion and retention of our client base.

 

What You Will Do:  

  • Conduct a high volume of educational and value driven training sessions for all Buildertrend Customer’s in collaboration with Customer Support, Account Managers, and Customer Success leadership
  • Ensue appropriate handoff documentation is complete to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services
  • Recommend appropriate resources to enhance the customer experience and address specific customer challenges
  • Efficiently work within Salesforce/Gainsight and any other relevant Customer Success tools
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success account management teams and Customer Support teams to ensure the delivery of maximum value to our customer base
  • Update outdated digital content, ensuring accuracy, company voice, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on execution
  • Create new digital content to better serve our customers at scale
  • Conduct and moderate engaging and informative virtual training’s, facilitating in audience interaction, and effectively communicating key information to clients as it relates to our core platform
  • Contribute significantly to Buildertrend University by serving as an instructor, playing a key role in facilitating learning and development for our participants
  • Inbound Support assistance
  • Master our program’s functionality and continuously adapt to program updates to bring these enhancements to our customer base through your interactions

  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales and account management tools
  • Dynamic Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinking and analytical ability to make informed decisions
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs
