Local Driver, Non-CDL

Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Local Driver, Non-CDL to join their team. The selected team member will be responsible for transporting equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong focus on safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver golf carts to customers and vendors using a 30’ or 40’ gooseneck trailer
• Load and unload golf carts, securing the carts and windshields for travel
• Following daily delivery routes and schedules that are provided
• Complete yearly maintenance on the trucks and trailers
• Document fuel levels and any damage on the golf carts
• Communicate with customers for proper signatures of leases, new sales documents, etc.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on a 30/40’ gooseneck trailer and truck
• Wash and gas carts as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• One to three years’ experience towing and backing up gooseneck trailers
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Frequent reaching overhead and below knees, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and
• twisting
• Ability to work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturday’s during busy months
