Position Summary:
The Program Evaluation Analyst is a member of the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement and responsible for support of analytics and reporting related to program evaluation, accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement of the School of Medicine. This position may also generate various surveys and assessment tools, provide management of data collection, and perform complex data analysis. This individual must possess knowledge of data visualization techniques and technologies in order to provide efficient, effective, and innovative evaluation and reporting for the School of Medicine as required for accreditation. This position will serve as the primary data analysis support for the Phoenix campus Physician Assistant program.
This position will
· Assist in the development, coordination, and analysis of course, clerkship, elective, program, and faculty evaluations; manage evaluation databases
· Develop and maintain data collection, management, analysis practices in compliance with accreditation standards
· Design and create reports and interactive dashboards to support assessment, evaluation, accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement practices in the School of Medicine
· Design and conduct surveys for the Office of Accreditation & Quality Improvement and School of Medicine faculty (as needed).
· Provide consulting and statistical support for medical education research and educational measurement activities.

· Other activities as assigned to assist AQI team with the goals for the School of Medicine
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree preferred (Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field).
· 2-4 years’ related experience
· Previous experience in health professions education is preferred
· Expertise in data visualization techniques, dashboard design, and visualization technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) in order to provide efficient and effective reporting.
· Experience reporting the results of analysis and research to a variety of audience in written and verbal form.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research design (including survey design) required, experience conducting educational or social science research is preferred.
· Working knowledge of statistics and statistical software applications (E.g., SPSS, R) and ability to perform quantitative (descriptive, inferential, multivariate, psychometric), qualitative (e.g., focus group, content analysis), and mixed methods research.
· Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to function in a team based work environment.
