Position Summary	Zone Facility Technician II will assist with the completion of basic and moderate levels of Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical.

Required Education:	High School education or equivalent

Required Experience	2 years
If any experience is required, please specify what kind of experience:	Experience in any of the following related technical trades: HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, Temperature Controls. (Will consider two years post high school education in any of the following related trade programs: HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Lighting, Temperature Controls, Electrical/related experience).

Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:	1) Successfully complete required training courses as needed to assist Zone Facility Technicians III and IV with the diagnostic testing and analysis of HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature Controls, Lighting and electrical systems. 2) Successfully complete safety training courses and adhere to safety procedures. 3) Ability to effectively communicate with campus customers and Technicians.
Preferred Education:	Associate's degree
