About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Management and Strategic Projects to join their mission of ending cyber risk. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the company's service offerings, with a focus on enhancing the cybersecurity posture. This role involves leading the strategic planning and execution of key service programs, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence, innovation, and effectiveness in all initiatives. The VP will also be responsible for the development, execution, and management of critical programs that align with strategic goals, as well as guiding S2 programs in coordination with product and engineering organizations. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or related IT sectors. A proven track record of leading large, global-scale, strategic initiatives to successful completion is essential. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including cyber services, threat landscapes, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in operational excellence or Lean Six Sigma, with a certification being preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is also preferred.
