The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring job performance, customer satisfaction, warranty, relationship management, process management, training, and profitability. This role involves establishing priorities, determining resource allocation, and managing the change order process. The Vice President of Construction will also work closely with estimating, purchasing, and office operations managers to support data analysis, interdepartmental workflow, and customer bids. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Construction include creating and maintaining happy customers, healthy relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors, and continuously monitoring resource allocation for field management, labor, and suppliers. The role also requires managing profitability, collaborating on customer bids, and ensuring effective field processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, ensuring job site cleanliness and safety, and developing personal and professional growth plans for themselves and their team. Leadership in business mastery meetings and proficiency in operational ERP systems are also essential for this position.
