About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Managing Director (RMD) to lead and enhance the operational performance of its power transmission and distribution business. This remote role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of T&D operations, from project execution to resource allocation, and demands a strategic leader with a strong background in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support long-term business growth, market expansion, and technological advancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the RMD role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, with at least 15 years' of relevant experience in transmission line engineering in North America. A deep understanding of the North American power grid network, including market size, competition, and trends, is essential. The role requires familiarity with T&D customers, procurement processes, and project management.
