About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in the growth and global expansion of its educational resources and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and driving the sales strategy and execution, with a focus on the needs of schools, educators, families, and students. This role requires a deep understanding of the education market and the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with the organization's growth targets. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing sales team, establishing sales processes, and maintaining key relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales position at the company will have a strong Christian faith and a background that reflects a commitment to the values of the organization. This includes a demonstrated acceptance of the company's statement of faith, a clear Christian testimony, and a desire for spiritual growth. The candidate should be a servant leader, a person of faith and prayer, and a Christian role model. In terms of skills and experience, the role requires a collaborative, humble, and smart individual with a proven track record in sales and product, particularly in the educational sector. The candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in educational sales, and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. The role demands an excellent communicator, an entrepreneurial builder, and a person who is familiar with the Oracle Suite. The candidate should be adept at building and executing a multi-prong sales process that is data-driven and can effectively expand the reach and impact of the company's educational products.
