About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key partner to the Executive board, driving financial strategy and planning to support the company's sustained growth and expansion. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial reporting, compliance, operational and financial management, risk management, and fostering strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leadership and team development within the finance function. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 year' in a CFO or senior finance executive role. A strong background in the manufacturing and commodities sectors is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial management, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions while upholding the company's core values. The CFO will be expected to be based in West Virginia or be willing to relocate, as the position is office-based with some domestic travel to manufacturing and distribution sites.
