About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Strategic Non-Kinetic Effects Mission Center. This role is pivotal in leading a new organization dedicated to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for complex national security challenges. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of non-kinetic warfare, with a focus on integrating strategic cyber, strategic economics, and strategic influence to meet the growing demand for non-kinetic effect options. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational excellence, fostering sponsor relationships, driving innovation, and ensuring technical and talent development. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in technology development, integration, and government program leadership, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across diverse organizations. Applicants for the Managing Director position must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the national security area. Basic qualifications include a Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI, and a strong background in strategic vision development, business acumen, and team building. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in cross-disciplinary work, a deep understanding of national security systems, and a proven ability to manage through influence to achieve successful outcomes. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with joint, coalition, and interagency operations, and a TS/SCI clearance. The role requires a leader who can balance performance and mission impact, prioritize effectively, and is committed to the values of diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
