About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and oversee its operations in the Michigan market. The successful candidate will be a key business partner, responsible for implementing and enhancing the commercial and operational capabilities of the company in the region. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include providing operational oversight, leading a team to meet customer service levels, and driving both organic and non-organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of operational excellence tools, experience in a continuous improvement culture, and a background in vendor and contract management. The role demands a leader who can identify, develop, and empower top talent, and who is adept at using metrics to monitor performance and promote innovation. The position is remote, with the requirement of 80% local travel, and the candidate must reside in Michigan. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values trust, reliability, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
