About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and vision to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan, managing a balanced budget, and ensuring the maintenance of sound financial practices. This role requires a passion for the mental and behavioral health of children, a strong understanding of behavioral healthcare regulations, and the ability to drive performance improvement activities. The CEO will also be the face of the organization, engaging with stakeholders, and will be expected to lead business development and fundraising efforts, including stewarding donor relationships and expanding the donor base. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 7-10 years' experience in behavioral healthcare management, with a proven track record in fund development and a strong network in the philanthropic and business community. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. The CEO will be tasked with human capital management, including hiring, training, and supporting an outstanding team, and will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving operational excellence, improving client outcomes, and be capable of leading the organization through the evolving managed care landscape with a focus on technological and service model innovation.
