About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing all financial aspects of the organization, including budget, accounting, banking, payroll, tax, and investments. This role is pivotal in serving as the CFO, Treasurer, and Officer of the Board of Trustees, and requires a results-driven individual with a passion for driving organizational success. The VP of Finance will also be involved in providing senior leadership updates, coordinating with the Finance and Logistics Committee, and may have additional duties related to logistics, technology, and travel. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company must be active members of an SBC church and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years' progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in financial management, problem-solving, people management, change management, and communication.
