About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for its IT Audit team, with a focus on regulatory capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing a range of IT audit engagements that are specifically related to financial and regulatory reporting. This role requires a professional with a strong background in IT and internal audit, particularly with experience in regulatory capital, CCAR, and Basel III regulations or RWA calculations. The VP will also be involved in the professional development of junior audit staff, communicating audit findings to leadership, and developing strategies to mitigate and prevent risks. Applicants for the VP position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in IT and internal audit, a deep understanding of Basel CCAR, and a background in people management. The role demands a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, economics, or accounting. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a dynamic environment and be able to contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT audit function within the company.
