About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assurance Managing Director for Risk Advisory Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering high-value solutions to multiple clients in the areas of internal auditing, internal control, business risk assessment, enterprise risk management, business process improvement, and various compliance and investigative services. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals through all stages of engagements, from planning to report composition, and ensuring exceptional client service and high-quality deliverables. The Assurance Managing Director will also be tasked with developing new business, managing client pursuits, and advising on engagement economics and legal risks. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related role. A professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of internal accounting controls, professional standards, and regulations, as well as superior communication, analytical, and project management skills. Experience in client marketing, managing multiple client pursuits, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships are essential. The role also requires significant supervisory experience, the ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, and a strong executive presence.
