About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Quality to lead its clinical quality initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and management of various quality and safety aspects, including clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, accreditation, clinical analytics, medical staff services, patient safety, and experience. This role demands a seasoned nursing leader with a minimum of ten years' progressive quality experience in an acute care setting, a master's degree in a relevant field, and a strong background in performance improvement, patient experience, and safety. The VP of Quality will also be tasked with ensuring the integration of quality and safety standards across the healthcare system and will play a pivotal role in defining and integrating performance standards to support the organization's values and goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should have a proven track record in monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality and patient safety, with a significant impact at the institutional level. Experience in leading quality initiatives across multiple hospitals or within a system is preferred. The ideal candidate will be currently licensed as a registered nurse or have the ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts, with a preference for those holding a certification in healthcare quality and Six Sigma certification. The role requires a leader who can partner with clinical and operational teams to deliver high-reliability care and support the organization's mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services.
