The Company is seeking a Partner Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own book of business, handling all aspects of cases independently, and ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes. This role requires the ability to run cases efficiently, maintain accurate records, and adhere to the firm's policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations. The Partner Attorney will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues, provide support when needed, and continuously seek professional growth and development opportunities. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, a book of business and existing client base in insurance defense or personal injury, and a strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal research, and writing. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, excellent organizational, and time management skills are essential. The role is ideal for a candidate who is proactive, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. The Partner Attorney will be part of a dynamic, small, boutique law firm that specializes in various insurance claim disputes across the state.
