About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Academics to serve as the primary leader in all educational matters, both within the organization and in external engagements. The ideal candidate for the Head of Academics position is a transformational leader with a proven track record in early childhood education and curriculum development. They should have experience in creating and implementing best practices for the classroom, as well as designing and measuring the impact of training programs in a multi-site environment. Teaching experience and the ability to collaborate with educators are essential, as is the skill to be an advocate for education both internally and externally.
