The role also involves advocating and collaborating with the CEO and Director of External Affairs to ensure unified messaging and active advocacy. The successful candidate will be a passionate ambassador for the organization, with strong public speaking skills, and will contribute to high-level organizational planning and evaluation. Qualifications for the position include a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. The CDO will be expected to have strong relationship-building skills, expertise in philanthropy and fundraising techniques, and the ability to analyze data to drive strategy.
