Lead a sales team to stated objectives by contributing individual sales performance as well as coaching, teaching and training salespeople. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: May manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, Regional Managers, Account Managers or Account Executives and oversee vendor and or end customer relationship and lease transactions
As a Player Coach, be responsible for coaching, teaching and training his or her salespeople as well as prospecting and developing new and existing vendor and or end user customer relationships
Collects and analyzes information regarding customer's income, assets, investments, or debts
Provide appropriate financing solutions for the customers' individual needs after assessing the customer's financial condition
Work with small and mid-size vendors and or end user customers to assist in securing the best financing solution by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products.
Assist with financing sales training on a regular basis through sales meetings, conference calls, tradeshows and scheduled one-on-one phone calls
Develop strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts at established and newly developed vendor and end user customers
Work with existing vendors and or end user customers to enhance their financing program solutions
Attends various trade shows nationwide as required
Ensure all new programs are properly administered and communicated
Collaborate with Balboa Capital's management and support teams to drive success to defined objectives
Troubleshoot and intercede on behalf of applicable parties to assist as needed
. Practices ethical sales behaviors in accordance with Ameris' core values of Integrity and Honesty; always acts in the best interest of the customer when offering additional products and services
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to collect and analyze information regarding customers business, financing needs, existing debt servicing and individual business goals in order to talk with customers about financing products
Understanding of developing a sales team and driving sales performance towards stated objectives
Industry and Work Experience: 2 years of sales on the phone or in the field, or related experience
Banking or financing experience preferred
2 years of equipment financing experience
Sales Management experience preferred
Academic: High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred

Salary range: $30k-$150k per year. Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year.
