If 80% of this rings true then you owe it to yourself to apply today Responsibilities: • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Serve as a liaison between sales agents and clientele. • Act as a promise-keeper for commitments made by agents on behalf of clients. • Support agents focus on 20%. • Own agent's 80% • Keep track of sales pipeline and tracking from lead to close. • Systematize communication support for New buyers, New sellers, Pending transactions, VIP clients, Post-closing, and Vendors. Qualifications: • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner Compensation: $52,000 - $62,500 yearly
