Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Software Engineers who are excited to integrate data with cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work collaboratively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative full-stack solutions using the latest tools and technologies.
• Stay ahead of tech trends by experimenting with new technologies and contributing to both internal and external tech communities, while also mentoring fellow engineers.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their financial journeys.
• Utilize a variety of programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside open-source databases and container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as diverse AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (internship experience does not count).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

The full-time annual salary for this role is between $144,200 and $164,600 and is determined based on location. Candidates in other locations will receive compensation corresponding to their respective area.

This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
