Lead Software Engineer (Python, AWS, Pyspark)

We are looking for a dynamic Back End Software Engineer who is dedicated to leveraging data and modern technologies to drive key initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Demonstrate your passion for technology trends by experimenting with emerging tools, participating in tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
• Utilize languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Node, Go, alongside RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and leverage services including Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internship experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python, Scala, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role varies by location, with the following as examples: McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000; Plano, TX: $144,200 - $164,600. The actual offer will be reflected in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
