What You'll Do: - Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a variety of full-stack tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, take part in tech communities, and mentor colleagues in the engineering field.
- Partner with digital product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial independence.
- Utilize languages such as JavaScript, React, Python, and Go, alongside open source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of proven experience in software engineering (Internships do not qualify).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages including Java, Python, or Go.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- 3+ years of experience using open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies.
- 1+ years of experience in DevOps practices.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are as follows:
- Chicago, IL: $144,200 - $164,600
- McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000
- New York, NY: $173,000 - $197,400
- Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600
Candidates working in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that specific location, and actual salary offered to any candidate will be stated in the offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
